Love this product
This product is a terrific serum. I like the way the ampoules break with the provided tool, and the safety the pop on caps provide. My only criticism is the packaging when shipping. My most recent order arrived damaged, several ampules were broken, the contents spilling all over the interior box. But most stressing was the loss of the product. I bought 30 ampules which will only last me 30 days, now I am out about a weeks worth of product at considerable expense. I hope the company responds to my email and has a policy to replace what has been lost.
