Our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 14 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- Damaged or defective

For all orders the shipping costs ($ 14.99) will be charged for orders that have been returned per customer giving us an incorrect or insufficient address.
Example: customer has paid a total of the order US$ 30.99, if the order is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address, it will only be returned (US$ 30.99- $ 14.99) US$ 16.00
- Cancellations of Shipments / Refunds:
The Orders already shipped cannot be simply canceled, it must always be received by the customer and then start a return process.
After the return, we will start the refund process in 2-3 days, for all orders the shipping costs ($ 14.99) will be charged for orders that have been returned per customer giving us an incorrect or insufficient address.
Any refund can take 2-3 days to be reflected in your account.
