How to use:

Children 3 to 6 years: 1 spray per nostril, 4 to 6 times daily

Children 7 to 11 years: 1 to 2 sprays per nostril, 4 to 6 times daily

Adults and children 12 years and older: 1 to 3 sprays per nostril, 4 to 6 times daily

After use, rinse the applicator with clean water.
