We have two types of shipments:
Free Standard Shipping: We don't ship to P.O. Box
1- Orders validated by the buyer are dispatched, upon receipt of payment validation by the Bank or PayPal, within 2-3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
Shipments are made according to availability and the order of arrival of orders.
2 - When using this service you can receive your order in 10-15 working days, benefiting from a free shipping.
a) In particular, unforeseeable circumstances that prevent us from the obligation to deliver within this period, are events of a climatic, pandemic, military nature, war, civil unrest and accidents. In these cases, deliveries may take up to 2 months after shipment to be delivered.
b) During the Holiday, Christmas, New Year and Black Friday season, unexpected delays in deliveries may occur in some countries. Take into account any delays in ordering during these periods.
c) Note that some deliveries may take longer, due to customs clearance, a period that is not counted in the normal delivery standards.
d) Delivery times are indicated to the buyer when he chooses the means of transport as exactly as possible, but they depend on the possibilities of supply, the carrier and the traffic rules.
Fast Shipping with Fedex: We don't ship to P.O. Box

Using FedEx Service and after shipping, you can receive your order within 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.99 to any country.
1 - Please note that some deliveries may take longer, due to customs clearance, this period is not counted in normal delivery standards.
2 - Also take into account situations of strike by the post office/carrier in the country of destination as well as in the sending country.
3 - During the holiday season, Christmas, New Year and Black Friday there may be unexpected delays in deliveries in certain countries. Please take into account any delay when ordering during these times.
4 - These delivery times are for guidance only, please contact us if you think your order should have arrived already.

6 - Orders that have been delivered by FedEx to the wrong address of the customer, the merchandise will be recovered by the carrier at no cost to the customer. If recovery is not possible, we will refund or resend the merchandise.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, but if your country is not in the list please contact us.

No claims or compensation will be accepted for a package registered as delivered by the carrier that made the delivery. For any disagreement with the tracking of the post, the buyer must contact their distribution agency to make a complaint.
