How to use:
Protective tube is placed on the painful toe. Remove before going to bed. Allow your skin to breathe, remove this protector for a minimum of 3-4 hours per day. Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse well and allow to dry naturally. Prior to reuse, sprinkle with talcum powder.
